Federal Mfg. Names New Aftermarket Parts Representative

PEWAUKEE, Wis. — Federal Mfg., powered by ProMach, announces that Gordon (Gordy) Gundersen has joined the company as an Aftermarket Parts Representative. Gundersen has 15 years of experience in industrial sales, marketing, product support, and customer service. He also wrote technical operation and maintenance manuals for several years.
Federal produces dependable filler and capper machines used in the dairy and other industries and provides its customers with quality service. Gundersen’s new duties will help maintain that outstanding service and include processing part quotations and orders from customers; providing product information; evaluating customer needs and quoting repair parts, retrofits, and equipment upgrades; and offering technical information on filler operation and troubleshooting.
