Turner has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency throughout his nearly 40-year career in manufacturing. He joins Federal from KHS USA where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the last 8 years. His proficiency in crafting and executing organizational objectives, coupled with a deep understanding of customer relations, positions him as an invaluable asset to Federal as it embarks on its next phase of development.
